Do I need to bring my own mat?
You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we also have mats available to borrow if you don’t have one or prefer to travel lightly. Please make Jo aware if you do wish to borrow.
I’ve never practised yoga/Pilates before—can I still join?
Absolutely! All our classes are suitable for beginners, and Jo offers gentle guidance and modifications to support you wherever you are in your journey.
Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
Yes, you're very welcome to join in most cases, but please let Jo know before class. She can offer modifications to keep you comfortable and safe. It's always best to consult your healthcare provider first.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers can be helpful, as your body temperature may change during class.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
